Necker Island Exclusive Use Rates - 2012
Necker Island is available for exclusive hire all year round, accommodating groups of between 16 and 28 guests. At 74 acres, the island sits in turquoise waters surrounded by coral reefs and fringed with beautiful white sandy beaches. Necker can become your own private hideaway, away from the stresses and strains of daily life.
Accommodation on island is made up of:
- Six beautiful Bali Houses, each with one bedroom and private en-suite bathroom
- Temple House (Sir Richard Branson's home available for a limited time - one bedroom with en-suite bathroom)
- Love Temple - one bedroom with en-suite bathroom
Our luxury catamaran, Necker Belle, will also be moored alongside the island offering further accommodation in its four permanent cabins. Please contact our reservations team for availability and rates. Minimum stays may apply throughout the year, and supplements may apply over Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Necker Island is normally hired exclusively, however on a selected number of weeks during the year it is possible to hire an individual room - we call these weeks 'Celebration Weeks'.

- Return boat transfers from Virgin Gorda or Beef Island (Tortola) airports
- A full complement of watersports activities as well as two tennis courts
- Two freshwater pools and large Jacuzzi at the Beach Pool Pavilion
- 7% local tax
